All parcels will be tracked, registered and shipped using Poslaju Flexipack International.

Regarding Sales Tax or VAT

Please note
: All customers are responsible for any customs fees correlated with their orders based on their respective countries. We, unfortunately, do not have any control over how each country will operate its customs fees.

By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import, and agrees that those fees will be your sole responsibility.

If you are located within the US, you may have to pay Sales Tax at the time of purchase, depending on which state you live in.

If you are located within the United Kingdom, you will have to pay VAT at the time of purchase.

If you are located within the European Union, you may have to pay VAT at the time of importation, as determined by your local customs authority. By placing an order on this store, you agree that you are responsible for these charges.

Failure to accept these charges will mean that the order was abandoned and the order will be nonrefundable.

Please include your phone number and contact information in order to be notified by your local postal service of any VAT and customs fees. 

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take for an order to ship out?

Orders may typically take between 3-5 business days to process before shipping out.

After that you will be receiving an update with your tracking number. All parcels will be sent out in approximately 14-30 business days.

I received my order, but there was a mistake / defect / damage

Ohno! We do apologise if we got your order wrong and caused any inconveniences.Please email us at katsudonno.art@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and what the issue is.

We will do our best to accommodate and cover any return/reshipments costs for the replacement if the mistake was on our end.

Tracking says my package arrived but it's not here :(

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any packages that are lost/stolen after the package has left our studio as that is all within the postal service.

We recommend giving them 2 working days before your package shows up because sometimes the tracking site can be a big stinki liar. If it dosen't show up, we recommend contacting your local post office and checking with them first if it's been wrongly delivered.

If you've done all this and your package still hasn't turned up, please email us at katsudonno.art@gmail.com so we can attempt to contact the mailing service from our side too but no gurantees.

Do you Accept returns and exchange?

Only if your order has not been shipped out yet. Once the 3 days processing period has past,

KATSUDONNO does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please spare me, I am but a single artist here so exchanges and returns can end with us losing more money than we made.

Why are your shipping fees so pricy?

if you would like to save on shipping costs, I would suggest for you guys to host group orders for your respective countries. You can DM me beforehand about it so i can provide you all the equal amount of freebies as well as help promote it on my main social media platforms.
